Why your assistant asks questions instead of inventing a proposal.

Left to its own devices an assistant will happily invent a client, a scope and a price. ProposalKit does not let it. Creating a proposal follows the same three steps as the app, and the assistant has to ask you each one.

The three questions

What is guaranteed

  • Nothing is saved until you confirm. The review summary is a preview, not a created proposal.
  • It cannot skip a step. Asking it to jump to the end sends it back to the question it missed.
  • It will not guess. An unfamiliar template name or an ambiguous client makes it ask again rather than pick for you.
  • No accidental duplicates. Confirming twice gives you the proposal that already exists.
  • No silent zero-value proposals. Starting from a blank template makes it ask what the job is worth.
