Writing sections

Each section has a title and a body, and comes in three flavours: a standard text block, a testimonial pull quote, or a case study laid out as challenge, solution and result.

  • Write in a visual editor with formatting buttons, or switch to Markdown — your content converts between the two rather than being lost.
  • Rename any section. Nothing depends on the original heading.
  • Drag or nudge sections into a different order.
  • Jump straight to a section from the table of contents.

Pricing

Each line item has a name, an optional description, a quantity and a rate. You never type the total — it is worked out for you:

  • Each row is a quantity times a rate, and the rows add up to a subtotal.
  • The discount comes off as an amount, not a percentage.
  • The tax rate is a percentage, applied after the discount.
  • The total is always recalculated from the rows, so your dashboard figures never drift from what the client sees.

Preview and export

  • Live preview in 12 document themes, from understated to bold.
  • PDF customiser for fonts, colours and spacing before you export.
  • Undo and redo across every field while you work.
